Environment & Safety Committee<\/h5><\/div>\n\t

The Environment & Safety Committee develops and oversees the implementation of the GITAS Environmental Charter, to which all members are committed.
\n\u2013 Monitors environmental and sustainable development data and informs members accordingly.
\n\u2013 Promotes environmental initiatives within companies.
\n\u2013 Collaborates with the Tunisian authorities and relevant organizations to optimize the national system for waste collection and treatment.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The Training Committee addresses all issues related to training.
\nIn this context, the Training Committee:
\n\u2013 Monitors training-related data (general information, regulatory and legislative developments, evolution of training schemes, etc.) and informs members accordingly.<\/p>\n

\u2013Actively collaborates with public authorities and relevant organizations to develop and implement training programs across aerospace professions, ensuring alignment with the current and future workforce needs of Tunisia's aerospace industry.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The GITAS Human Resources Club was created to unite Human Resources leaders from member companies around the challenges and opportunities of talent management, skills development, and workforce planning within the aerospace industry.<\/p>\n

The Club provides a forum for discussion and the exchange of best practices, enabling members to:<\/p>\n
