The Environment & Safety Committee develops and oversees the implementation of the GITAS Environmental Charter, to which all members are committed.
– Monitors environmental and sustainable development data and informs members accordingly.

– Collaborates with the Tunisian authorities and relevant organizations to optimize the national system for waste collection and treatment.
The Training Committee addresses all issues related to training.
In this context, the Training Committee:
– Monitors training-related data (general information, regulatory and legislative developments, evolution of training schemes, etc.) and informs members accordingly.
–Actively collaborates with public authorities and relevant organizations to develop and implement training programs across aerospace professions, ensuring alignment with the current and future workforce needs of Tunisia's aerospace industry.
The GITAS Human Resources Club was created to unite Human Resources leaders from member companies around the challenges and opportunities of talent management, skills development, and workforce planning within the aerospace industry.
The Club provides a forum for discussion and the exchange of best practices, enabling members to:
- Discuss innovative HR practices and approaches tailored to the sector's needs;
- Monitor regulatory and social developments affecting companies;
- Identify potential joint actions regarding talent management, training, and the attractiveness of careers in the aerospace sector.
The Quality Club brings together quality managers from member companies to address issues related to norms and standards, customer requirements, and continuous improvement.
It serves as a forum for exchange and collaboration, enabling the sharing of best practices, the strengthening of skills, and the maturation of quality management systems, thereby contributing to the competitiveness of member companies.
The GITAS Industrial Maintenance Club brings together maintenance managers from member companies to facilitate technical exchanges and the sharing of expertise regarding maintenance-related issues.
Through this collaborative approach, the Club contributes to the development of a technical community committed to optimizing industrial performance.
