
Launch meeting of the Aeronautical Competitiveness Pact in Tunisia
The GITAS a participé, le September 24, 2025, at the launch meeting of the Aeronautical Competitiveness Pact in Tunisia, organized at the headquarters of Ministère de l’Industrie, des Mines et de l’Énergie.
This meeting brought together the main institutional and professional players of the GITAS steering committee around a common ambition: to strengthen the competitiveness of the sector, support its development and consolidate its positioning in international value chains.
Currently under development, the Aeronautical Competitiveness Pact aims to define a strategic roadmap to support the growth of the sector, with the particular objective of strengthening Tunisian aeronautical exports and contributing to the creation of new skilled jobs in the coming years.
With an ecosystem encompassing nearly 80 companies,including 45 members of GITASrepresenting approximately 20,000 jobsThe Tunisian aeronautical industry is today a strategic sector of the national economy. It benefits from recognized expertise, strong integration into international supply chains and significant development potential.
Through its involvement in this Pact, the GITAS reaffirms its commitment to supporting its member companies, promoting the excellence of the Tunisian aeronautical sector and contributing to its regional and international influence.
